Culture was amazing when I started and has increasingly gotten worse each year due to SAP. Constant layoffs with preferential treatment provided to lazy client account executives.

Haphazard with little to no support from leadership cross functional teams. Went through two directors and two senior directors in two years with massive layoffs both years of my tenure.
