SAP is struggling to go to the cloud and our customer service is not great. In general, customers do not like us and I don't think we are trending in the right direction as a company. The culture is very political and the company doesn't really care if their employees are leaving. SAP is not what it once was, unfortunately.

SAP is a fantastic employer in Switzerland and it was great working for them in the past. If I knew the things back then about other employers that I know today, I would have probably never left.
