SAP is struggling to go to the cloud and our customer service is not great. In general, customers do not like us and I don't think we are trending in the right direction as a company. The culture is very political and the company doesn't really care if their employees are leaving. SAP is not what it once was, unfortunately.

Great company and reputation, but it's shifting away from being a sales focused company. Lot of change and internal politics. If you stick it out, you can make 7 figures...
