SAP is a fantastic employer in Switzerland and it was great working for them in the past. If I knew the things back then about other employers that I know today, I would have probably never left. Very versatile product portfolio (great for AEs), the best benefits in the industry, salaries ok but not top end, Winners‘ Circle was simply amazing and there is always great support internally as many SAP folks stay a lifetime at the company (which speaks for itself).

Great company to work for! Started in the SAP sales academy which I highly recommend. It kicks off your career in enterprise sales. Culture is ok.. basic large old company culture. GTM changes are shaking up the sales org.
