In general, customers do not like us and I don't think we are trending in the right direction as a company. The culture is very political and the company doesn't really care if their employees are leaving. SAP is not what it once was, unfortunately.

HR did nothing to help me and there was a transition period in upper management so really it was just wrong place, wrong time, wrong people. I think this was a one off and I really just screwed.
