SAP has a highly competitive environment for the sales and sales-related roles. Nevertheles, if you land on a good territory (eg. existing enterprise customers) is not hard to make and overachieve your quota.

less than 30% of reps hit their number. better sell something in 12 months. if not, you will be pushed out the business. mangaers wont' care about you unless you sell. culuture stinks.
