The leadership is absolutely horrible. The company hit a nugget at the right time in the market. Since then, inexperienced people have been promoted to senior leadership who do not know what they are doing nor how to lead a company. There is 0 (zero) lead flow, even the leads you are given are recycled leads beyond belief. A little timeline of the company, the company went through a restructuring letting go of 30% of the workforce in December 2022. From January 2022 - June of 2023 the company on boarded 30 people a month. In June of 2023 the company went through another restructuring letting go of 40% of the workforce. I would not recommend this company to an enemy let alone a friend. Nothing positive will come of joining this company, I promise you that. Trust the reviews.

Everyone is competent and leadership has a great background. With the competitive landscape and previous COVID online boom, I'm not sure where the company goes from here. Pretty tough to belive in the product long term. More than likely an acquisition play.

Was poached from another SAAS competitor to be let go a few months later. The people at route were amazing the downside was leadership shifting during the hiring spree. Change in CEO and CRO at the same time ultimately leading to misalignment.
