Many mid-tier performers are terminated monthly so quota attainment looks great. The environment is intense, fostering competition, burnout, and cheating. Route's lack of innovation puts it at risk of being overtaken by competitors loosing to competitors each day. Naive reps may be lured by promises of high earnings, but reality often falls short. Proceed with caution.
