Amazing. UserZoom was doing all the right things and we had all the right talent. After the merger with UserTesting a lot of the moral and culture went out the window though, unfortunately.

UserZoom has since merged with UserTesting. UT has a totally different brand and culture, so it's extremely important that you consider only late-2023 reviews (or later) because even those will still be <6 months of adopting the new culture.
