My overall experience was not great. They did provide a great ramp pay but that was the only additional money ever received. It was a great solution for SMB but a terrible solution for Enterprise, which is what I was recruited there to do. There were also long time employees who had access to certain systems and the distribution of “leads” was very fishy to say the least. Certain teams seemed to get all of the inbound leads. There was one team where every rep hit their number and the manager blew out his number. No other team in the company had more than 30% of the reps hit their number. The company average was 20-30. Very sus.

Changing work environment. Used to be more of a family feel now it’s just a numbers game. No regard to human relationships, potential, etc. If you don’t hit quota your gone. High stress environment. Great product, training, and internal support though. Nice office with snacks, etc. Some great people but many are dropping like flies due to what seems to be an overly...Read More

Zero diversity. They need to diversify the workforce in order to make non white folks feel included.
