Changing work environment. Used to be more of a family feel now it’s just a numbers game. No regard to human relationships, potential, etc. If you don’t hit quota your gone. High stress environment. Great product, training, and internal support though. Nice office with snacks, etc. Some great people but many are dropping like flies due to what seems to be an overly strict pip plan structure. Rumor has it that will change but a shame to see the high quality employees who have been released from duty.

Great culture and potential but churn is a huge issue and you don’t get paid when customers churn. You get paid on recognized net revenue after expenses and churn so it usually falls very short for most reps. most reps hitting 200% of quota are gonna make below their OTE amount for reasons outside of their control.
