My overall experience was terrible. They raised money and had strong demand during Covid but this coming won't experience significant growth in the long run.

Was poached from another SAAS competitor to be let go a few months later. The people at route were amazing the downside was leadership shifting during the hiring spree. Change in CEO and CRO at the same time ultimately leading to misalignment.

Changing work environment. Used to be more of a family feel now it’s just a numbers game. No regard to human relationships, potential, etc. If you don’t hit quota your gone. High stress environment.
