Good sales culture and product market fit, but struggling with inbound/lead generation so a lot of reliance on what little inbound the company has along with customer upsale opportunities.

I'm very impressed so far with Camunda - a lot of their growth to date has been from high quality inbound lead flow - largely due to a very positive community sentiment about the product. It's an exciting time as the business pivots towards a value-led outbound approach as part of the strategy to "escape linearity"
