You get paid on recognized net revenue after expenses and churn so it usually falls very short for most reps. most reps hitting 200% of quota are gonna make below their OTE amount for reasons outside of their control.

No regard to human relationships, potential, etc. If you don’t hit quota your gone. High stress environment. Great product, training, and internal support though.
