Former Employee2.6Sep 10, 2023Was poached from another SAAS competitor to be let go a few months later. The people at route were amazing the downside was leadership shifting during the hiring spree. Change in CEO and CRO at the same time ultimately leading to misalignment.

Current Employee2.6Aug 20, 2024Great culture and potential but churn is a huge issue and you don’t get paid when customers churn. You get paid on recognized net revenue after expenses and churn so it usually falls very short for most reps. most reps hitting 200% of quota are gonna make below their OTE amount for reasons outside of their control.

Current Employee2.1Jun 6, 2025So much potential but leadership moves extremely slow and is unwilling to innovate and focus on the product. The pattern is to hire a ton of sales people, then do layoffs and focus on profitability, and then hire a ton of sales people again. Rinse and repeat.
