Don’t do it, sinking ship. Revolving door with c-suite. Targets are unobtainable. Makes it hard for sellers to sell, complicated pricing and no materials for prospects. The whole company is a joke.

3 layoffs in 2.5 years. Sales is a revolving door. The enterprise team has consistently struggled to hit goals. High churn rate. The marketing leadership/team is non-existent now. They recently raised the quota by 20% and didn't offer additional resources to help SDRs succeed in the process. Additionally, NextRoll, Inc. lays off employees every 3-6 months, decreasing the company morale. There is a lack of transparency on revenue, and there's an increase of pressure amongst SDRs as a result.
