Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The organization has great potential, especially with a strong software that can help with Account Based Marketing and Account Based Advertising. However, there's a lot of uncertainty right now due to many changes within the sales org. A lot of upper leadership has come and gone, so it's unclear to many Sales Reps what our goals are. Our data is a mess, so you have to be intentional on where to find good accounts to prospect. KPIs have changed and they do not make sense.
Lastly, marketing is taking on different priorities this quarter, so all AEs and SDRs need to outbound heavily compared to previous quarters with more inbound support, which is a challenge even for the top performing reps.
As long as you are good with prospecting, personalization, and being persistent with your accounts you should be ok.
