Leadership was horrible, took no responsibility and changed priorities on a weekly basis. Product fit was good but existing customers where so inundated with marketing that sales were hard to come by because of burned out customers.

My overall experience was not the greatest. Rippling has an extremely toxic culture where favoritism is very apparent. The AM team is extremely overworked and the pay is terrible compared to other roles in the market. The only good thing Rippling has going for them is the product and even then it's buggy and as an AM you are more than often dealing with client...Read More

Still building the enterprise motion but product market fit is there, great product. Struggle is more about name recognition in the space still at this point
