There is a new compensation plan rolled out that switched the compensation from annual to quarterly and harsh decelerators that do not begin to pay reps any commission until they hit 51% of plan.

The leadership at RingCentral is the worst I've experienced. I would not encourage anyone to work in the Expansion organization. You won't make any commission until you hit 51% of quota and commission payout is only 2% now. Quotas aren't released until 1.5-2 months into each quarter, making it very difficult for reps to accurately plan. Many of the sales processes...Read More
