What can a Sales Representative expect during the interviewing process at RingCentral? Are there multiple stages involved, such as role plays, meetings with Sales Management, or any other specific assessments?

The process is actually pretty difficult.  RingCentral typically has you meet with multiple different roles.  From the hirling manager, to an engineer, depending on the AE role if Mid Market, Majors or Enterprise they may have you meet with the contact center team.  Once you get their approval, you have to do a formal panel internview.  Typically going over a deal you have closed at your current role and everyone assumes the role of people you closed.  They typically do that to see how you can manage a room full of people etc.

You can expect 3-4 rounds of interviews, increasing in intensity. It seemed like the second round with team leads, and managers that you would be reporting to directly were the most difficult. It was a classic sales interview, where they gave you objections to your responses to see how you handled it. Every answer you give will be "wrong", but that's to shake you. The final rounds with high level leadership was more understanding motivations and personality. Good luck and be sharp.

My interviews took 3.5 months. 5 rounds. Met with team members, engineering, sales leaders and did a mock discovery call/value pitch. Maybe 4-5 interviews total.
