Ricoh has some positives. Good quality machines and building great cloud storage infrastructure. I think the low base pay requires constant new accounts instead of recurring revenue.

This is a mature company with an extensive product and customer base. Growth is now being "achieved" by poaching competitive customers, cutting costs and comp and moving into areas the company isn't comfortable or competent in, usually by bying small companies and attempting to scale up.
