OK, very limited culture. Base salary is low, potential to earn is high however is strongly waited towards those who have been in the company for 20 years plus.

The company is great to work for. They restructured back in 2017 and have only been growing since. Excellent culture and work life balance. Compensation could be slightly better, I’d say it’s a bit below market
