Former Employee3.1Jan 31, 2025I was expecting more variable pay opportunities. There was not much for inbound, and there was not much in CRM for outbound. Compensation not adequate compared to market for full cycle sales in industry. Having to find, educate, land opp, and close at this rate of pay is not sustainable for long in this economy. Variable pay needs to be more.
