It is a comfortable position that takes a lot of work and effort to hit quota. It is very competitive and is difficult for newer reps to be effective due to long relationships that are made in the industry.

Overall my experience was positive. Compensation was the biggest factor for me leaving. Shortly after they did raise base by a little more than what I was making. Culture is lacking. Lots of tenured employees stuck in the past, outdated prospecting activities, no support from marketing. Inbound leads are weak.
