Not many people making quota and it takes forever to hear back internally. I love the people though! Leadership is lacking and completely turning around in AMER so it could potentially become better in the future.

I would stay away from this place. It used to be a great place to work when I joined, but since Summer of 2022 it's been going downhill rapidly. The culture of the company is toxic as hell, there's so much prefential treatment for lead flow, and there's no clarity on inbound lead rotation. Some get 10-20/month, some get 0-5. Toxic leadership… the company lacks a lot. No fairness, no transparency, change management is often haphazard. Disaster
