Working at Instawork is like visiting an asylum and never leaving. The leadership couldn’t lead a fish to water. The day to day role play will have you pulling your teeth. I would rather walk on a bed of nails than ever work at Instawork again. Word of advice is to save yourself and your sanity. Was only at the company for 2 months until I was laid off. Transparency and direction is lacking from leadership and they are pushing a culture that is based on fear. Reps that went to PC are being put on PIPs if they miss quota 1 month. Layoffs every month and prior to me being there as well.
