The pay was good, but it ultimately killed my passion for sales. I had multiple SDR managers I really liked, but the VP of Sales kept insisting that everything was fine and that we just needed to use AI, though nothing ever improved. The product had a poor market fit, and while there were great SDR leaders (none of whom are there anymore), the leadership at the top was terrible.

Working next to extremely talented team members and supportive leadership. A fast growing company so there are some growing pains but easy to adjust and focus on role with minimal outside distraction.
