The organization overall is solid and provides a decent career opportunity. The product is very Enterprise focused and needs some revision in the mid-market level. Customers were expected to pay 3-4x the competition and we were told to sell more value. A lot of changes are made without any actual changes happening.

Solid entry level business development role with competitive pay. However, quota attainment is relatively low so the offered ote is unrealistic. Less than half of reps consistently hit quota while the few that do cover over making team quota attainment seem much higher than reality. Great team and great leadership, compensation is low for deal sizes. BDR team inefficient, great product.
