Solid entry level business development role with competitive pay. However, quota attainment is relatively low so the offered ote is unrealistic. Less than half of reps consistently hit quota while the few that do cover over making team quota attainment seem much higher than reality. Great work environment across the team and all the reps get along well, though there are sometimes questionable leadership decisions.

ReliaQuest is a meat grinder for BDRs. You either get promoted quickly or you never get promoted. You can hit your numbers and if they "don't like you", you will get fired. Good base compensation, quota can be hard to hit.
