Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee ReliaQuest is a meat grinder for BDRs. You either get promoted quickly or you never get promoted. You can hit your numbers and if they "don't like you", you will get fired. Good base compensation, quota can be hard to hit. There is a strict opportunity definition that the company goes by which makes the conversation rate from a meeting to an opportunity low. 35% to be exact. I wouldn't recommend this job to most people.
