Phenomenal company and product lines. IBM acquisition has increased financial and performance pressures, especially in sales. Overall culture is still great in most departments.

I’ve had a great run at red hat, but IBM is changing the culture for the worst and management is starting to get so hyper fixated on the quarterly numbers and what’s in our (disaster, migrated to SF lightning and nothing works) of a CRM. Compensation plans are not designed around the reality of customer.

Strong sales leadership depending on the segment you are selling to. Product market fit is still there, and the company is operated overtly as a separate entity from IBM. Comp plans aren’t as favorable as they once were, but it is still possible to blow it out of the water.
