Culture is/was great, comp is low. Ripple effects of the IBM acquisition are kicking in along with lots of changes.

It used to be good, but with the acquisition of IBM, the degree of freedom has decreased.

A lot has changed since the IBM purchase was completed. Quotas have become harder to achieve and aren't based on previous years numbers as much as IBM just wanting more
