Good culture however internal decisions are made by the US that affect Canada with very little thought on how it will impact the Canadian market. IBM appears to be bleeding into Red Hat.

Good organization, main issue is c-level, senior management do not have the knowledge, expertise, and market awareness to steer this organization to its next level. This management team has truly plateaued.
