Current Employee3.7May 24, 2024I’ve had a great run at red hat, but IBM is changing the culture for the worst and management is starting to get so hyper fixated on the quarterly numbers and what’s in our (disaster, migrated to SF lightning and nothing works) of a CRM. Compensation plans are not designed around the reality of customer.
