New comp plan is too complex to understand if you’re actually going to make money. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wouldn't change a thing. I think there are changes on the horizon with IBM starting to take over the business process, but it is still a great place to work.

A lot of the business is related to renewals. The solution is very technical and it takes 6 to 9 months to ramp up
