Overall my experience at Red Hat has been great! Great company and great people and a great culture. Slightly underpaid for the positions, but culture helps with that. Also the last couple of years quota has been very high. Majority of the reps are not hitting. I've crushed it two years in a row, but I'm exception

Overall, it was a great experience, and I wouldn't change a thing. I think there are changes on the horizon with IBM starting to take over the business process, but it is still a great place to work.

My overall experience was very good. Solid culture, good product, realistic to sellers. Realistic compensation and also soft targets.
