Overall, it was a great experience, and I wouldn't change a thing. I think there are changes on the horizon with IBM starting to take over the business process, but it is still a great place to work.

New comp plan is too complex to understand if you’re actually going to make money. Leadership feels like they run the entire business off of spreadsheets and the new CRM rollout has to be one of the worst decisions and implementations in the entire industry. A lot of the business is related to renewals. The solution is very technical and it takes 6 to 9 months to ramp up
