My experience as Ramp was very tough. Limited training and development and a very cut throat culture. With that being said phenomenal start up company and product.

No company is perfect, but Ramp is pretty great. Product/market fit is there, company is growing strategically and has a strong reputation among buyers, very talent dense org, and ultimately there is a lot of autonomy if you are getting the work done.

Very competitive to earn a spot within this company. Thousands of applicants for each role, Ramp is very selective with who they decide to bring in. Well worth it once you’re on, solid base pay, commission, inbound/SDR leads. Culture is filled with brightest minds that want to win.
