Very demanding leadership and constantly increasing targets. Opportunities are entirely SDR sourced, with the inbound leads being routed by sales managers versus round robin. Inequitable lead distribution has the top 5-10% earning a lot, and the remainder will have to grind to hit quotas (most do not).
