Its a great place to get your feet wet, but thats what they tell you. The truth is they pay you in pennies for the work they expect you to do. Only only are you constantly micromanaged, you have to complete a massive amount of calls a day, and book meetings. Great place to start if you are getting into sales. They set you up for success if you finish the program. If you are not willing to work hard, not the company for you.
