If you're on a tough/bad campaign (company) it'll be harder to hit quota and risk being put on PIP or moved around to another campaign. Expect to make 100-150 daily dials to make sure you're booking. Current Employee2.1Dec 6, 2024My overall experience was terrible no leads, working with entry level management that we report to so they are learning as well. Management/owner feel they know it all and there is no space to hear out employees to find different ways to go about things. We get penalized for not booking when they can’t themselves. Headache more than anything. Culture is great though...Read More
