Its a great place to get your feet wet, but thats what they tell you. The truth is they pay you in pennies for the work they expect you to do. Only only are you constantly micromanaged, you have to complete a massive amount of calls a day, and book meetings. Managers read from the master company script, the CEO reminds everyone to vote for the company to be racked as best company to work for... that should not be something to be pushed to do, that should be voluntary. NO room for any growth especially for a remote rep. Overall this company is terrible because the abuses your work and life balance.

You don't come here for the pay, you come for everything else! Do it and kick off your career in tech sales. It's only 4-6 months of your life and you'll be set up with a much higher paying position after you finish the program.
