Leadership manages to spreadsheet due to being owned by holding company. Mid to Upper management turn over is every year. You will have to fight for what you are owed, because of the constant epp and flow of turn over with the Upper level Executive Leadership. No internal innovation, only innovation is through M&A, which leads to a spin cycle when onboarding the new company and added IP of technology to the existing product portfolio. Total transparency is that the company runs with two Mid Managers who have been there for 5+ years and have to coral the new Leadership as to how things run or what has worked in the past, however, that leads to new unrealistic expectations set on the Sales and Technical teams. Peers are nice to work with, but it is all transactional and will switch when the compensation gets into territories that are "fuzzy", which all depends on how well your manager is in protecting territory. Stretch assignments are expected due to the constant turn over.
