Great work life balance, good management, but below average comp. Product fit in the marketplace has fallen. That said, leadership seems to be aware of this and is working to address.

Executive Leadership changed 3 times in my 2yr 2months there. Which means, any strategy or Executive Leadership vision never worked or lasted. Very heavy on compliance plays and audits (customer's are extremely upset), making it difficult to become a trusted advisor. My overall experience with Quest was good. They had acquired my initial employer and the integration of the organizations seemed to go well. Plenty of opportunity to learn about the new offerings was provided while we continued to sell the existing portfolio. They also embraced the fully remote model well during the pandemic.
