company needs a drastic change in the upper leadership. The worst mistake they made was divesting from Dell Technologies. The sales org when I was there was a dumpster fire led by an incompetent VP who didn't know what they were doing.

Culture was headed the wrong direction when I left. It looks like that might be changing for the better. Not selling the most technical or sexiest software and it’s a mature company. Not a lot of innovation but job security seems higher than other more demanding orgs.
