The overall experience was completely grueling. There's very little to no product training (they tell you "you don't need to know product to sell- yet most clients ask for high level technical questions daily). The sales engineers do everything they can to get out of demos and other calls unless it is a big potential deal. On top of this, they promised no reductions in workforce and yet they did two rounds of layoffs within the 17 months I was working for them. I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend unless they were interviewing for a field rep opportunity.

Pretty unorganized. There's a lot of internal struggles over what segments accounts should fall to. Spread quotas, but uneven revenue in territories. Lower performers end up eating quota from top performers.

Quest has always been about great people and great products. While average OTEs were average, you always had the opportunity to exceed and hit your multipliers every year. Recent changes structural changes, market conditions, and a lack of prod dev agility have made this more challenging.
