Pretty unorganized. There's a lot of internal struggles over what segments accounts should fall to. Spread quotas, but uneven revenue in territories. Lower performers end up eating quota from top performers.

company needs a drastic change in the upper leadership. The worst mistake they made was divesting from Dell Technologies. The sales org when I was there was a dumpster fire led by an incompetent VP who didn't know what they were doing.

Leadership manages to spreadsheet due to being owned by holding company. Mid to Upper management turn over is every year. You will have to fight for what you are owed, because of the constant epp and flow of turn over with the Upper level Executive Leadership.
