Overall experience: close team is awesome. Leadership not as great, but they have made some changes recently with the PE acquisition that appear to be the right moves to improve it. Want to see how they adjust ESPP / Equity comp structure under new ownership

I’ve worked here during the layoffs and reorg. Direct managers seem invested in individual and team success but decisions of upper leadership seem to directly oppose our success

I had a really hard time working at Qualtrics. The sales enablement and sales support teams were very frustrating and I did not feel like I had the resources to succeed. Internal systems are incredibly unorganized so when I could not get internal help, it was very hard and time consuming to find the answers myself.
