Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Qualtrics was once a great place to work but poor leadership decisions and mismanagement have made this less than an ideal place to work and not somewhere you can build a career. Qualtrics compensation structure is well below industry average and their benefits are on par with its industry. Qualtrics lack of leadership and ability to adapt to their market are making it a much more difficult sales environment and I would highly recommend against accepting a position for this company
