I've never witnessed such poor performance across the board for hitting quota. The organization sells "experience" solutions, and the internal employee experience scores have been horrible YOY. My experience with Qualtrics was great for 2 years, after the IPO and than Takeover by Private Equity things got worse and the Management Culture is nearly non existing.
