My experience with Qualtrics was great for 2 years, after the IPO and than Takeover by Private Equity things got worse and the Management Culture is nearly non existing.

Turned into an awful company since Silverlake aquisition. Difficult to sell long extensive sales cycles. Lack of product innovation basically a survey management tool which is tried to be sold as strategic management tool.

My overall experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Lack of enablement, lack of deal support, lack of quality inbound leads, layoffs completely demolishing our support infrastructure, managers patting themselves on the back while reps struggle, majority of current customers are not healthy accounts.
