Qualia is a great company. The quota is completely unattainable but makes up for it with a high base. It's by far the best product in this niche industry and retention of current customers is strong. Small TAM. Leadership is good and the CEO/Engineers are very smart. Overall, a good place to work but very niche. Qualia does not operate like your typically software company. Small deal sizes but upsells are where they make the revenue.

My overall experience was the product is great, its not built for enterprise and management is laughably incompetent on the sales side.
